In this computer age it seems that just about anybody with some sort of graphic program can whip up extravagant logos using complex filters and special effects that look great on their screens and even hold up pretty well when printed on a desktop printer. When you need to reproduce the logo professionally you find that you really don't have suitable artwork for every media you may wish to apply your image to.
We're from the "old school" that taught a well designed logo or image should be dynamic and hold up on it's own in a one color environment such as a newspaper advertisement, as well as be easily embellished for other uses. You can always add "bells and whistles" but you can't always remove them without having your image suffer from it. When WnD Designs creates your logo, we will provide you with both web ( 72dpi ) and print ( 300dpi ) versions of your finished logo. |
